The Clwyd branch of the referee's association meet on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from August through to May. The meetings are held at the Halfway House in Connahs Quay and start at 7.30pm, with the business side of the meeting, the chairmans report, the reports from around the leagues, and any problems that members want to discuss being conducted first and then there will be a talk from either a quest speaker or the time will be used on in house training using the NWCFA recruitment and retention officer Mr Brian Lawler as a point of reference.
