We are members of the Referee's Association and are affiliated to Kent County Football Association. We are a very active Branch with currently over 90 members of all standards of refereeing.

Our meetings are usually attended by at least 30 - 40 members. We discuss all aspects of football and refereeing over a chat and a drink. Like most Branches we have guest speakers or a discussion topic for the evening. Our speakers are varied aspects of Football. Recent speakers have been ex Premiership players, managers of senior local teams and of course premiership referees. We hold several annual events Quiz nights, and participate in local challenge football matches with other local Society's.

One thing we like to do is keep our members informed. Our Media Relations Officer publishes The Whistle Stop our very own newsletter every two months.

The Medway Branch is very actively recruiting new referees with the next course will be in September 2008. If anyone is interested contact Peter Curran on 01634 846734 or the KCFA on 01634 843824.

We are also very keen on retaining the experience we have at the branch so if you have been a member of the Medway Branch before and wish to rejoin contact Peter Curran 01634 846734.
