Rochdale Referees Association is for Football Referees based in Rochdale and the surrounding areas.
Meetings are held in the Main Stand at Rochdale Football Club, Spotland Stadium on the second Thursday of the month, the meetings commence at 7.30pm. All members and anyone interested in joining the Association are welcome to attend.
We are members of the Referee's Association and are affiliated to Lancashire Football Association and Manchester Football Association. We usually have over 60 members each season from all standards of refereeing. We currently have members who officiate on the National Assistants List, Contributory Leagues, Supply Leagues and Local Open Age and Youth Saturday and Sunday Leagues. Rochdale RA are a member of the Referees Association and the Lancashire Referees Asssociation.
Monthly meetings are informal social occasions where we discuss all aspects of football and refereeing over a chat and a drink. At meetings we have either a guest speaker or a discussion topic for the evening.
Discussions are often continued online in our friendly forum for members in our Facebook Groupand via Twitter.
We offer inexperienced members and members looking to achieve promotion to higher levels of the game the chance to have a mentor to help them take the next steps up the refereeing ladder.

Non Active Referees: £20
Juniors and those in Full Time Education £15
Membership fees include membership of the Lancashire RA and the Referees Association of England
